Yes, it's possible to download and install Eclipse plugins from WebRatio. You just have to be sure that the plugin is compatible with Eclipse 3.2. Using the wizard you can easily check compatibility enabling the flag "ignore features not applicable to this environment". To search for new features to install or to add the remote site in order to download a plugin follow these steps:

1. Select Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install.. from the main menu
2. In the dialog check the "Search for new feature to install" option
3. In the new dialog select the remote site from which you want to download the plugin or click the "New Remote Site" button if the remote site is not present in the list. To add a new remote site you just have to type in the absolute url of the site
4. Select the remote site and click Finish
