How can I set to render links as images for a specific unit?

In the Web project you can set the links rendering at different levels. If you want that the default behaviour for your unit is to render its links as images, you have to:

1. open the Layout.xml file of your style project
2. select the Units tab
3. select the unit you are interested in
4. choose the "WRDefault/Default" for the Link Template
5. click on the button next to the Link Template field and choose "icon" in the Show parameter
6. save the changes with CTRL+S

If you do not have a specific style project you can set the link rendering directly in the project. You can set the link rendering for the entire project, for each site view, area, subarea, alternative, and page. The steps to follow are these:

1. select the element at which you want to set the link rendering (e.g. page)
2. select the Layout tab in the Properties View
3. click on the button next to the Unit Configuration field
4. choose the "WRDefault/Default" for the Link Template
5. click on the button next to the Link Template field and choose "icon" in the Show parameter

Note that you can set many other parameters for the link rendering. You can get a description of each one, moving the mouse over the parameter name.
